I would describe my backboard as a "celebration of movement." I was inspired by the skills and life lessons you can learn from participating in sports. Being a part of a team is bigger than basketball and I've always admired the level of commitment it takes be an athlete. I want this backboard to celebrate that.

I am a New Orleans based Illustrator and Muralist. Born in Louisiana and raised in Virginia, I moved to New Orleans in 2019 after graduation where I continue to pursue a professional art career with a focus on public art. My murals can be found on the streets of Roanoke, VA and the French Quarter featuring a common theme of utilizing art as a form of activism.
