Pollination is about butterflies, sacred geometry, mediation, and healing. This work is created to highlight the brief life of the butterfly with emphasis on the monarch. When Muffin was 40 years old she traveled to El Rosario Monarch Butterfly Reserve in Mexico. It was this trip that she fully understood how endangered the butterflies and the people who care for them truly are. Since then the body of Homero Gomez Gonazlez was found dead as well as Raul Hermandez Romero. Monarchs are symbols of souls and metamorphosis. With these pieces Muffin hopes to bring awareness while healing. Three Cancer Centers now own pieces from this series.

Follow this artistI am a Louisiana artist utilizing our ecosystem as my palette. I have been creating photographic nature collages for over 20 years. I utilize sacred geometry because I believe that all life forms from it. Within my photographic collages I convey the transformative and healing power of nature as well as themes of rebirth and reawakening. I have utilized nature to help heal myself. In Pollination I photograph living butterflies. The geometric mandalas can transport a viewer into another dimension within themselves. Pollination is all about breathing for healing. I believe you can meditate with these works and reach the 4th dimension. I encourage everyone to plant more wildflowers. My series Aphrodite at Alhambra are a reflection of self awareness and self love. In my artistic voyage titled "Exploring the Blues," I venture into a realm of boundless creativity, weaving together the enchanting threads of botanicals, sacred geometry, and hand embroidery. These elements dance in harmony, echoing the spirit of musical improvisation and embodying the mesmerizing rhythms of nature.
