I grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and have lived and traveled all over the world. My art career has been life long. I studied in Mississippi, Boston, New Orleans and Virginia. I have worked as a professional artist for more than 25 years, and have had one-man shows of my watercolor landscapes in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Virginia.
"I love to work in watercolor. It is immediate and spontaneous. The medium itself participates in the outcome of every piece. And the greatest challenge of all is capturing the landscape as I see it. Every season and every region offers something different."
