I was a featured artist at the Black and Brown Get Down 2021. I was asked to paint a figure in history who made a difference and, with ease, I chose Nanny of the Maroons. She was left out of history books for decades and there aren't many photographs of what she looked like so it was a privilege to add my vision. She was purchased less than a week later and now sits in the Maroon Workspace on St. Charles Ave.

Follow this artistBorn and raised in Louisiana, art has been my lifelong passion. Since 2016, I've dedicated myself to creating art with purpose, both for myself and for others. My artistic vision knows no bounds; it finds expression in backyards, living rooms, and even graces St. Charles Avenue within a vibrant co-working space. I've been featured at two White Linen nights and two Abstract NOLA nights (one at the Ogden Museum and the other at the Contemporary Arts Center).
