One of the first paintings done in this series, it reflects the artists feeling of imposter syndrome.
Each painting is a collaboration between the subject and the viewer and I try to capture the emotions of the moment to the best of my ability. My paintings start with a photoshoot, I later reinterpret the images in the digital space and then recreate them on canvas. In this way my work is not only coming from my own imagination but is also influenced the subjects positions, expressions, and even energy. It wouldn't be until a few years after I developed my style that I would find my way to pushing this boundary. I've always been inspired by what I see and trying to convey it in a realistic way.
