This mural was part of a series of murals we created in the South Elm Street area of downtown Greensboro, NC. This painting was tucked away on the exterior fence of the old hardware store. We worked with the Elsewhere Museum to create this series and it was commissioned through a place making grant from ArtPlace America.

Artist + MILAGROS Collective

MILAGROS are best known for their vibrating murals with detailed patterns. We use mark making, repetition, and color to create dynamic abstract compositions. Our object is to create spaces that are fun and joyful for all to inhabit. Our main practice has been focused on community and public art since receiving our first commission in 2013. We are based in New Orleans.
